Formed in 2009, Pendo’s initial principal investments have been in energy efficient heating and plumbing distribution businesses, serving the northeastern United States.

We have particular interest in seeking investment opportunities to expand our portfolio of platform companies in the heating supply industry through targeted investments in value-added distributors, manufacturers’ representatives of heating and plumbing supplies, fabrication companies, service and maintenance businesses serving the heating and plumbing industry, and niche manufacturing companies.

Important Criteria:

• A strong and committed manager with a long-term outlook
• Market leadership in a product line, product channel or cost position
• A diversified customer base, product line or market
• The ability to grow organically or through acquisitions
• Significant management ownership following closing
• Strong, recognizable brand in niche markets
